She is survived by: her parents, Roberta Warren and Leslie Warren (Elizabeth); her daughter Dr. Shannon Santoro of Brooklyn; her husband Jim Santoro; her son Michael Santoro (Casey O'Brien) of Hyde Park; and her siblings, Daren Warren (Rebecca) and Tracy Romeo (Ryan).
In lieu of flowers, Brenda's wish was that people make donations to the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation or to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) in her honor as these organizations both benefited her during her cancer journey.
