He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton F. Park (Madeline May Hoffman) and Hyde Park; his sisters, Marlene, Marilyn and Melinda; and his son Clinton W. Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Regina Marie Hoffman; his daughters, May Gadonniex (Michael) and Regina Fillinger (David); his brother Jeffrey Hoffman (Sue); and his grandchildren, Michael Fillinger, Makayla, Lily and Jonathan Gadonniex.
