She was predeceased by: her parents, James Minor and Nancy Cleveland Minor; her husband McCoy Glover Jr.; her stepdaughter Victoria Glover; and her siblings, James Minor Jr., Shirley Weston, George Minor and Russell Minor.
She is survived by: her children, Tracey Foley, Clifford Glover and Regina Minor; her grandchildren, Fiona Foley and Madeline Foley; her stepgrandson Demetrius Glover; her siblings, William Minor (Mary), Erskine Minor and Reginald Minor (Virginia); and her aunt Juanita Wilson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made in Constance's memory to the Mental Health of America, 253 Mansion St. Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
