He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Alanna Lewis (Jim Hatcher) of Newburgh; his siblings, Steven, Eileen, Kathleen (Thomas McCobb) of Union County and Glenn (Gillian Lewis) of Bentonville, Arkansas.; and his parents, Raymond Lewis and Joan Lewis.
He was especially proud of his contribution to the bronze panels that make up the parapets surrounding the two reflecting pools of the 9/11Memorial at Ground Zero in New York City.
