He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Robert Smith. He is survived by: his mother Anne Gallagher Smith; his sister Aislinn Anne Smith; and his niece Samantha Eileen Vandenbrul. He is also survived by many other family members; including uncles, aunts, and cousins.
