She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hunt and Viola Hunt; her husband Richard "Dick" Slavik; and her siblings, Shirley, Helen "Sis", Betty and William.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Hein (Kevin Hein) and Carrie Keegan (Matt Latvis); and her grandchildren, Michael Coppola, Dominic Coppola (Amanda Coppola), Ally Keegan and Andie Keegan (Sam Ayers). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
