He was predeceased by: his father Charles J. Lucas. He is survived by: his mother Shirley M. Long Lucas; his close friend Loretta M. Hill of Hyde Park; his stepchildren, Dr. Jessica Steere (Daniel) of Severn, MD, Patrick Cullen (Kerrianne) of Lakewood Ranch, FL and Allison Hill Hudson (Peter) of East Greenbush, NY.; his siblings, Patricia M. Houston (Colin) of Boiceville, NY and Steve Lucas (Maureen) of Orange County, NY; his nephew John Lucas; his nieces, Emily Gasperini (Daniel) of Newburgh and Hannah Lucas (Evan Pokrandt) of Brooklyn; his great-niece Cece; and his great-nephew Ernie Gasperini.
