Kim Marie Conklin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kim Marie Conklin (Hyde Park, New York), who passed away on September 22, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John L. Lane; and her sister Noreen Lane. She is survived by: her mother Patricia A. DeVaux Lane; her grandchildren, Anastasia and Aiden; her husband Peter S. Conklin; her children, Adrianna Marie Hodgdon (Frank) of Rhinebeck and Patrick J. Conklin (Cara) of La Joya, Texas; her sister Patricia VanDuser of Alabama; her niece Heather Cosenza (Michael) of Pleasant Valley; and her nephew Logan Cosenza. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews on her husband.
