He is survived by: his significant other JoAnn Schook; his children, John (Steven Llewellyn), Jessica (Joe Ingraham), Jeff (Jennifer Llewellyn), Jacob Llewellyn of Florida and Melissa Marriott (George Youngs) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Jade, Kayden, McKenna, Xavier, Josie and Jase; his sisters, Shawn Perkins of Herkimer and Sue Perkins of Ilion; his nieces, Amanda and Tanya (Thomas Schumacher); and his nephew Timothy Perkins of Albany.
