We bid farewell to Florence A. Pyc of Ilion, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 7, 2025 at the age of 97. Florence touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Marcewicz and Anna Dudzinska Marcewicz; her siblings, Vincent, Henry Marcewicz, Gen (Jake Burchyski) and Edith (Ted Kilanowski); and her sister-in-law Bea Marcewicz.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna; her son-in-law Charles Steele; her granddaughters, Elysa of Saugerties, NY and Johanna of Saugerties, NY; her daughter Susan; her son-in-law Larry Walker of Ilion; and her sibling's children, Sharon (Robert Grygiel) and Joseph Marcewicz.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (2407 Oneida St, Utica, NY 13501).
