He is survived by: his wife Justina; his children, Kiersten and Kevin; his parents, John Kowalczik and Sharon Losier Kowalczik; his siblings, John Kowalczik, Julie Steele (Clint Healy) and Jeff Kowalczik (Beth); his parents-in-law, Darlene Russett and Eric O'Neil; his stepfather-in-law William Russett; his siblings-in-law, Aaron Russett, Shawna Coveny (Garth), Brianna Bouck and Jasmine Zinkovitch; his aunts and uncles, Kathy Williams (David), Patricia Albin (Bill), Paul Losier (Linda) and Tom Losier (Theresa); his nephews, Michael, Andrew (Emma), Kenzie, Kaison, Brantley, Heavenly, Ezra (Ivy) and Deacon (Isabella); Robert O'Neil (Losier).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made for a college fund for Kiersten and Kevin.
