She was predeceased by: her father Donald Miles. She is survived by: her mother Yolanda Congelo; her son Richard P. Kosinski; her grandchildren, Greyson, Elena, Destry and Louis Miles Dulak; her sister Melissa Dow (James); her niece Samantha Dow (Jason Rando); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Holden, Wyatt and River; her sister Alanna Bedworth (Mark); her siblings' children, Ryan, Isabella and Tony; her sister Sabrina; her stepmother Debbie Yeagle; her uncle Jim Congelo; her cousin Tanya Cangas; her close friends, Vanessa Tubia, AnnaMaria Castellano, Kayla Perry and Donna Rumrill; Curtis Dulak. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
