He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth White Rathbun (Betty); his daughter-in-law Janice; his children, Susan (Robert Streeter), Marianne, Al Miller, Robert and Janice Rathbun (James Rathbun); his grandchildren, Justin, Britney Streeter, Cody, Pamela Streeter, Aaron Rathbun (Cheryl Maser), Jesse Rathbun (Jill Blais), Michael Miller, John Amrhein and Rebecca Flansburg; his great grandchildren, Parker, Corbin, Cody Jr., Lucas Streeter, Hailey, Gemma Miller, Melody, John Malcolm Rathbun, Darcie, Ava Rathbun, Brendon Kelly, Gayge Amrheim and Michael Kellynn; his siblings, Terry, Judy, Betsy, Becky, Bonnie and Ricky; and his sister-in-law Doris Rathbun.
