He is survived by: his wife Deborah McCarthy (Vivyan); his sons, Joseph McCarthy and Kyle; his daughter-in-law Courtney McCarthy; his grandchildren, Sullivan and Ronan; his sister Lynne; his siblings-in-law, Robert Burns, Susan Vivyan, Kevin, Terri Vivyan, Robin Vivyan and Kelly Vivyan; his sibling's children, Rory Burns, Michele Hinkley (Chris), Jenn Vivyan, Sara Vivyan (Aaron), Krysten Dutch (Shane), Wes Vivyan and Emily Vivyan (Graham); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mark, Izzy, Grace, Vivy, Emilia, Scarlet and Aaron.
