She was predeceased by: her parents, William Heath and Elma Heath (Blum); her son David Doolen (Karen); her brother Jeff Heath; her grandson Guy Seelman; and her daughter-in-law Carol Doolen.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Seelman (Harley), Linda Ball (Michael), Kathy Fulmer (Chris), Albert Doolen and John Doolen (Beverly); and her siblings, Judy Ballou, Janet Doolen, Jackie Florentino (Robert), Jennifer Wendall (Roger) and James Heath. She is also survived by grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Joyce's name can be made to Hospice & Palliative Care Inc. Envelopes will be available at the service.
