Cook, Jr. (Brenda) of Ilion and Shari Murphy of Ilion-Mohawk; his brother Robert Cook; his grandchildren, Laken Cook, Landry Cook, Tanner Cook, Kye Cook, Kace Cook, Sixx Cook, Nina Dickinson, Kaitlyn Dickinson, Sophie Murphy and Benjamin Cook Murphy; his great grandchildren, Olivia Cook, Cecilia Cook, Isabella Cook and Caden Thomas Cook; his sisters-in-law, Marion Baylor and Jean Hyde; his niece Linda Cockett; his nephew David Wollaber; and his close friends, Pete Dunckel, Bob Morgan, Dick Bly and Dick Phillips.
