He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L. Hendrix and Erminia M. Hendrix (Whiter); and his brother Wayne Hendrix. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Scott (Geri Hendrix) of Ilion, Lynne Roberts (Rich) and Ashley Hendrix (Chris Keane) of Hamburg, NY; his granddaughters, Victoria Springer (Arron), Jacquline Hendrix, Reanna Brown (Matt) and Jordan Roberts (Jordan Reed); his great grandchildren, Fiona, Melody, Rosalie, Christopher, Theodore "Bubba", Liam and Haisley; his brother Brian; and his siblings-in-law, Leslie Hendrix of Merrick, Mary Jean Hendrix of Hamburg, NY, Chuck (Carol O'Kusko) of Herkimer and Denise (Mark Dodge) of Fayetteville, SC. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
