She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence C. Urtz and Bertha Urtz (Shutts); her brother David; her sister-in-law Jane Urtz; and her nephew David Urtz.
She is survived by: her brother Donald; her sister-in-law Joyce Urtz of Richfield Springs; her niece Wendy Chapman (Bradley) of Richfield Springs; her nephew Jeffrey Crutcher (Susan) of Poughkeepsie; her great-niece Bambi; and her great-nephew Rock.
