It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lyle David Aney (Ilion, New York), born in Herkimer, New York, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Duane, Sr. Aney and Edna Farber Aney (Farber); his siblings, Duane Aney, Jr. and Doris Aney; and his father-in-law Gerald Greshel, Sr..
He is survived by : his daughters, Jennifer Jones (Jeffery) and Rebecca McCanta (Casey); his grandchildren, Alexander Rivera, Harper Jones, Jackson, Sophia and Olivia McCanta; his wife Kathie; his brother George F. Aney; his sister-in-law Jean Aney; his mother-in-law Lucile Greshel; and his brother-in-law Jerry Greshel (Judy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Paines Hollow Methodist Church. A burial will be held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at the Mohawk Cemetery.
