He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary White and Chapple; his stepfather Kenneth White; his children, Debra Foster (Eldon) of Frankfort, Leon Biando (Mary) of Ontario and James Biando of Manlius; his grandchildren, Jennifer Lawlor (Chris), James Foster, Jenny Mugrace, Daniel Foster, Benjamin Biando (Victoria), Venita Maglier (Tyler), Marty Biando, Ryan Jaquish and Brandon Jaquish; his great grandchildren, Ariana Stadtlander (Kevin), Taylor Draiss (Sam), Daniel Foster and Emilia Foster; his great great grandchildren, Lilith, Wesley and Annalee; his sisters, Betty Youngblood and Dorothy White; his friend Muriel Testani of Potsdam; his wife Carmen; his son Donald Biando; his grandsons, Peter and Michael Biando; his great grandchild Joshua Biando; his brother Kenneth White; his caregiver Susan; Russ, Mark and Dave. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
