She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth O'Connell and Mary O'Connell (Brooker); and her husband Richard Townsend. She is survived by: her children, Sandra (Robert Mersfelder), Deborah Townsend and William (Teresa Townsend); her grandchildren, Luke Mersfelder, Austin Mersfelder, Sarah Townsend, Brian Townsend and Christopher Townsend; and her siblings, Robert O'Connell and Marjorie Foose.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Applegate, Day & Enea Family Funeral Home (4309 Acme Rd, Ilion, NY 13357). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
