With sadness, we share the passing of William M Anton of Ilion, New York. William, born on March 24, 1947, passed away on August 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember William for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Anton and Louise Anton (Moda); his nephew Jeffrey Leach; and his great-niece Clover Ann Norris. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bruso; and his brother Robert "Bob" Anton (Marianne) of Frankfort. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Morning Star United Methodist Church (4224 Acme Rd, Frankfort, NY 13340).
