He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo W. Lewis and Adah L. Lewis (Brooks); and his brother Frederick Briggs. He is survived by: his wife Marie Leila Lewis; his children, Robert Lewis (Geri) of Lords Valley, PA, Steven Lewis (Nichole) of Oak Ridge, NJ and LeeAnn Camarero (Steve Zuelch) of Dingman's Ferry, PA; and his grandchildren, Duncan, Daniel, Morgan, Emma Lewis, Hunter and Jenna Zuelch.
