He was predeceased by : his parents, James Yates and Charlotte Yates (Karrmann); his daughter Heidi Lynn Yates; and his brother James Yates. He is survived by : his children, Christine Blake (Patrick) of Columbia, SC, Heather Yates of Belleview, FL, Sharon Berg (Richard Schloss) of Wevertown, Alecia Butler of Belleview, FL and Nathaniel Yates of Indian Lake; his grandchildren, Jessi, Ty, Montana, Savanna, Garion, Alexandra, Skylar, Trinity, Tristan, Thomas, Samuel, Gonzalo and Josiah; his great grandchild Brailyn; his former life partner Patricia Dunn (Reynolds) of Belleview, FL; and his sister-in-law Jan Yates of Hudson Falls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
