He is survived by: his son Jason Thomas Folmsbee (Rachael) of Long Lake; his uncle Bob Folmsbee; his pets, Smitty, Wessie, Roxy and Vicky; his wife Eloise Ann Folmsbee; his daughter Tracey Ann Schrader (Randy) of Saranac Lake; his brother Todd Folmsbee (Marge) of Ghent, NY.; his grandson Dylan Blake Schrader (Savannah) of Saranac Lake; and his nephew Todd Folmsbee Jr. (Katie) of West Virginia.
