She is survived by: her children, Michael (April), Cathy Baldari (Robert), John, Maria Ende (Eric), Jennifer Coppola (Ray), Christopher (Colleen) and Alyssa (Scott); and her grandchildren, Gia, Gerard, Victoria, Jasmine, Alana, Matthew, Brooke, Charlotte and Annabel (family: Patrick Quadrozzi, Catherine Maria Alessi). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Agnes Cathedral (29 Quealy Pl, Rockville Centre, NY 11570).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Connie's name to the American Cancer Society.
