He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Twardokus; and his parents, Edward Twardokus and Barbara Twardokus (Gosnell). He is survived by: his wife Mary Twardokus; his sons, Dale Twardokus (Jennifer) and Wayne Twardokus (Carrie); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Cole and Brennan.
