She is survived by: her parents, Corey Cook and Shannon Cook; her brothers, Ryan and Caleb Cook; her grandparents, Jack, Judy Cook, David and Cindy Deane; her uncle Brent; her aunts, Wendy Campbell and Janna Deane (Ken); her cousins, Andrew, Elliott, Charla, Declan Campbell, Matt, Erin, Elliotte Moore and Addie McKim; and her friend Tucker.
A reception will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, Inc. (570 Kings Hwy S, Rochester, NY 14617).
In lieu of flowers donations in Alyson's memory can be made to Golisano Children's Hospital.
