He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Elizabeth (Betty); his brother Alan; his aunt Mary Jane Berry; and his pet Jessie.
He is survived by: his niece Alana Salisbury; and his nephew David Maher (Kimberly). He is also survived by numerous cousins and close friends.
