Joseph A. LaRocca Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph A. LaRocca Sr. of Irondequoit, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael LaRocca and Mary LaRocca; and his brothers, Bert LaRocca and Michael LaRocca. He is survived by: his wife Olga LaRocca; his children, Laura Hallowell (Bill), Elisa Richardson (Tom) and Joe LaRocca Jr. (Sandy Reale); his grandchildren, Billy Hallowell (Andrea), Brittany Anten (Jack), Courtney Richardson (Daniel Bailey) and Carly Richardson (Evan Sheen); his great grandchildren, Ava and Lilyana; and his sister Mary Carol LaRocca. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A reception was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's memory can be made to Jude's Children Hospital or Veterans Outreach Center.
