He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mitchell and Patricia Mitchell; his brother David W. Mitchell; and his father-in-law Richard Albert. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his siblings, Michele Helms and Marc J. Mitchell; his nephew Brendan Helms (Kyle Sofia); his nieces, Nicole Helms, Ashley Albert and Amber Sofia; his sister-in-law Lori Moore (Jim); his great-niece Rosie Albert; his mother-in-law Janet Albert; and his close friend Dana Burgess. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, Inc. (570 Kings Hwy S, Rochester, NY 14617). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
