She was predeceased by: her husband Louis D'Agnolo; her parents, Samuel Simeone and Florence Simeone; and her sisters, Ann D'Agnolo and Nancy Morabito.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa Tantalo (Jon), Joseph D'Agnolo, Christine Walsh (Patrick) and Robert D'Agnolo; her grandson Jacob Walsh (Piper Austin); her great grandchild Nicco Tantalo; and her sister Florie Dunn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
