James F. Hart Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James F. Hart of Irving, New York, who passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Hart and Edith R. Jones Shorter; and his siblings, Evelyn Bird, Laura Hilliker, Gerald "Spyder" Shorter, Darryl Hart, Robert Shorter and Clarence Shorter.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Hart (Steve Severtson) of Olean; his grandchildren, Terrence Myszka, Tenisha Dunbar (Davon) and Clarissa Bennett (Corey); his great grandchildren, Corey James, Callie and Davinique; his siblings, John Hart (Carmen) of Hanford, CA, Mary Hemphill of Olean and Linda McClain of Olean; and his stepdaughters, Barbie and Nikki. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Epic Church (411 W Henley St, Olean, NY 14760). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
