He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Leddy, Sr. and Mary Leddy (Lennon); and his siblings, Thomas, James, Raymond Leddy, Mary, Mae, Eileen Dudwick, Bernadette and Betty Leddy.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Ann Leddy (Murphy) of Hopewell Junction, NY; his children, Dr. Michael Joseph Leddy, III (Andree) of Alexandria and Shannon Mary Leddy of Hopewell Junction; his granddaughters, Anna Clare Leddy of Alexandria, LA. and Mary Caitlin Leddy of Alexandria, LA.; his brothers, John Francis Leddy of Massapequa, NY and Gerard K. Leddy of San Francisco, CA.; his siblings-in-law, Henry Mohrmann, Ken Dudwick, Maureen Murphy and Deborah Perrone; and his niece Mary Leddy Dunphy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christopher T. Jordan Funeral Home (302 Long Beach Rd, Island Park, NY 11558). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Ignatius Martyr Church (721 W Broadway, Long Beach, NY 11561).
