She was predeceased by: her mother Vincenza Abbate (Sausa); and her brothers, Joseph Abbate and Russell Abbate. She is survived by: her husband Paul Eugene Petraitis; her sister-in-law Margaret Abbate; and her nieces and nephews, Joseph Abbate (Glenda), Vincent Abbate (Inka), Carolyn Abbate, Susan Defelice (Louis), Elizabeth Hennessey (Richard), Janeen Cevasco (Douglas) and Donna Abbate (Theo Pingarelli). She is also survived by 10 great nephews and nieces, and 7 great great nephews and nieces.
