We announce the death of Ruebens Spinicelli of Islip, New York, who passed away on September 22, 2026, at the age of 86. Ruebens will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Grace; his children, Dawn Howard (Frank), James M. Wisowaty, Lisa Stern (Andy) and Gina Ingram (Jon); his grandchildren, Anthony, Jordan and Hayes; and his siblings, Rachelle Johnson (Timothy), Veronica Spinicelli and Lawrence Spinicelli. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the O. B. Davis Funeral Homes (1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, New York 11764). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Anthony's of Padua Church (614 NY-25A, Rocky Point, NY 11778). A Mass will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933).
