She was predeceased by: her parents, Domingo Aguilar and Lucy Aguilar (O'Brien); her husband Dale; her siblings, Col. D. I. Aguilar, Rene Aguilar and Virginia Fields; and her brothers-in-law, George Fields and Robert Boothroyd.

She is survived by: her sisters, Rita Boothroyd, Lise Rynes and Tina Matychak (Dan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
