He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian L Riker and Delbert E Howard Sr.; and his brother Delbert E Howard Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna J Howard; his brother Neal Howard (Pat); his children, Cindy S Meddaugh (Scott), Charles E Howard Jr., Carmel A Macaili, Colin T Howard (Jodi), Crystal J Bell and Donna; his grandchildren, Cody J Meddaugh, Megan J Meddaugh, Jessica L Ryan, Dustin Morse, Cady A Dippolito, Colin C Howard, Joey R Macali, Gavin M Howard, Maddalynne J Bell and Theo J Bell; and his nieces, Tracy Lorenzini, Alica Turner Howard and Paige Howard. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
