He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sinclair and Lillian Sinclair (VanEtten); his sister Rosemarie; his brother-in-law Edward Crouse; and his grandson CJ Sinclair.

He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Sinclair (DeSanto); his children, Charles A. and Theresa; his grandsons, William Price, Francis Price and Connor Sinclair; and his nieces, Jennie Cuson (Michael), Wendy Manley (Curt), Nikki White (Timothy) and Aimee Palmer (Thomas).
