He is survived by: his parents, Robert Koestler and Sally Koestler; his sisters, Jane Koestler (Jim Karpinski) and Julie Pinsonneault (Marc); and his siblings' children, Madeline Nolan (Paul), Max Pinsonneault (Brianne Sterzinar), Elizabeth Karpinski (Sam Young), Robert Karpinski and Maggie Deng.
