She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Wilczak and Esther Wilczak. She is survived by : her son Edward Joseph Collins; her sister Dolores Thompson; her caregivers, Stephen, Lori Sedlock of Ithaca and Art Webb; her grandchildren, Shelby and Ethan Collins of Florida; and also, Matt and Taylor Fellman.
