It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor S. Swartz of Ithaca, New York, who passed away on April 16, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Stewart and Mary Stewart (Huff); her husband Robert Swartz; her son Mark Swartz; her stepchildren, Barry DeLibero and Becky Fennimore; and her siblings, George, Fred, Bert, Harold Stewart, Evelyn of Georgia, Betty Reynolds and Rita Fish.
She is survived by: her children, Bobbi Thoman (Daniel), Cole Swartz (Amy) and Brian Swartz (Daniel); her grandchildren, Nathan, Haley, Nicholas, Lauren, Logan, Cooper, Danielle, Jared, Marty and Katee; her great grandchildren, Pope and Shep; and her siblings, Agnes Morris and Thomas Stewart. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
