He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhea Rubinstein and Sam Rubinstein; and his siblings-in-law, Rob Roark and Karen Rubinstein. He is survived by: his wife P. A. Rubinstein; his siblings, Anita Lipman and Bernard Rubinstein; his children, Sarah and Mark (Meghan); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Matthew, Ella, Patrick and Micah; and his great grandchild Elliot. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
