She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kacin and Anna Kacin; her husband Richard Ames Phillips (Dick); her son Michael Douglas Phillips; and her sister Mildred Drasser.

She is survived by: her children, Chris Phillips (Donna), David Phillips (Theresa), Leslie Phillips Ebert and Stacey Phillips Stilwell (Scott).
