She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred R. Brooks, Sr. and Frances Marie Brooks (Becker); her husband Frederic Bennett (Fred); her siblings, John H. Brooks Sr., Clara Holford, Cooke and Charlotte Roberts; her sister-in-law Alice Brooks; and her brother Fred R. Brooks Jr. (Robert) of Vestal, NY.
She is survived by: her friend Dottie Creasy; her children, Sandra Emanuel of Cobleskill, NY and James Bennett (Eileen) of Hadley, NY; her sister-in-law Matilda Brooks of Wappingers Falls, NY; her grandchildren, Justin Deming and Caitlin Bongartz (Kellen); her granddaughter-in-law Maria Wetsell; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Wetsell, William Wetsell, Caigla Zoda-Salzar (Gabe) and Cassie Mascia (Jay).
