He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando Ciaschi and Concetta Ciaschi; and his wife Patricia Anne Ciaschi. He is survived by: his children, Melanie Ciaschi, Frederick J. Ciaschi, Jr. (Michelle) and Patrick Ciaschi; his grandson Connor Ciaschi; and his close friend Freddy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
