She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Gordon Lewis and Louise A. Lewis; and her husband Glendon K. Saultz. She is survived by: her stepfather Theodore R. Black; her son John (Sherrie) of Portland, OR; and her granddaughter Nancy Radloff (Bruce) of Interlaken, NY. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
