He is survived by : his girlfriend Terri; his children, Tamara, Jeffrey Jr., Tabitha, Cassidy and Carrie Ann; and his siblings, William, Edward, Beverly, James, Elaine and Pam. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
