He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Oliver and Florence Oliver (Knox); his sister Ann; and his brother-in-law Alan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Oliver (Jones); his daughters, Linda Oliver and Holly Smith (Thomas); his grandsons, Gregory Smith (Holly) and Christopher Smith (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Rosemary, Diana and Bennett Smith; and his nieces, Julie Shurtleff (Thomas) and Sharon Regnier (Phillip).
There he enjoyed countless hours of gardening in the Kendal Community Gardens until they each moved into Assisted Living 24 years later!In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 381 Elmira Road, Ithaca, NY 14850 or to a charity of your choice.
