With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Hope Lutes of Ithaca, New York, born in Cooperstown, New York, who passed away on June 1, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her sons, Pieter Griffin (Meredith) of Hastings and Daniel Griffin (Robyn) of Interlaken, NY.; her grandchildren, Hailey, Ahlyssa, Jacob Griffin, Abigail, Andrew, Elijah and Hannah Griffin; her sibling's children, David Putnam (Linda) of Freeville, Joyce Putnam (late Richard) of Ithaca, Audrey Lutes (late Tom) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Greg Lutes (Ellen) of Hobe Sound, FL, Candida Lutes of Dallas, TX, Carol Lutes Krumpetz (Doug) of Sedro Wooley, WA and Scott Lutes (Agnes) of Middlebury, CT.; and her former husband Bradley Griffin of Groton, NY.
